Karl John Burgess of Aquinnah died on Tuesday, April 29, after a long illness. He was 78.
Karl was the husband of Patricia A. (Taylor) Burgess and the father of Patricia Lachance, Kerin Mase, Kristin Clarke and Kathleen Manning.
His memorial service will be held in Our Lady of Guadalupe at St. James Church, 233 County street in New Bedford on Friday, May 9, at a time to be determined.
